Just off Highway 121, Saintsbury is a hidden gem within the Napa-Carneros region. Dependent on the weather, your tasting will either take place in our English-style gardens adjacent to our Home Vineyard or on the eastside of the cellar overlooking the vineyards.

Classic Tasting (six guests or fewer), $35 per person, lasts about 1 hour
Enjoy a seated tasting of five Single Vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines that introduce you to our select vineyards in Carneros, Anderson Valley, and Sonoma Coast. Lasting an hour, a Saintsbury Host will walk you through a tasting of our current releases, detailing the winemaking practices, different terroirs, and story behind iconic Pinot Noir vineyards.
Classic Large Group Tasting (seven – twelve guests), $50 per person
Enjoy a tasting of five Single Vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines that introduce you to our select vineyards in Carneros, Anderson Valley, and Sonoma Coast. Due to the intimacy of the experience and number of guests, the tasting lasts 90 minutes. During this time, a Saintsbury Host will walk you through a tasting of our current releases, detailing the winemaking practices, different terroirs, and story behind iconic Pinot Noir vineyards. For groups larger than twelve, call our Hospitality Manager at 707.252.0592 for pricing and availability.
Start of the Day Tasting (two – six guests), $60 per person/ $50 for members, Promptly from 9:30 – 11am with limited availability
This tasting is only available during the month of September and the first half of October. Watch everything that goes on during harvest for an immersive experience. Beginning promptly at 9:30, you will see the type of work that goes into bringing in the new vintage, and there will be plenty of activity while our Hospitality Manager hosts your tasting, which will include harvest samples along with an extended line up of our finished wines.
Library Tasting (two – six guests), $75 per person/ $60 for members, daily 2:30 – 4pm with limited availability
Join us for a detailed exploration of the effects of aging fine wine. Learn about ageability and vintage variation from a dedicated member of our staff while taking an in depth look at a couple of vineyards through time by trying a variety of vintages as you walk through our winery and cellar.
Connoisseur’s Tasting (two - eight guests), $100 per person/ $85 for members,
Lasts about an hour and a half, offered at 10am and 3pm on select days only from November through July, contact us to confirm availability
For the wine aficionado or anyone wanting a more comprehensive tasting experience, our Connoisseur’s Tasting is an opportunity for you to sit down with a dedicated member of our hospitality staff who will guide you through all aspects of small production winemaking at Saintsbury. This exclusive, comparative tasting includes wine directly from barrel, aged library wine, and other limited release, small lot wines.
A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations other than our small classic tasting. Please telephone 707.252.0592 with this information. We ask that you provide cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. If not, a flat fee will be charged to your card.
While 1500 Los Carneros Avenue is our mailing address, the entrance
to Saintsbury is actually located on Withers Road between Los
Carneros Avenue and Cuttings Wharf Road.
